What you’ll learn
This final session brings the whole course together.
You’ll look at how the skills you’ve learned for managing stress, anxiety, depression, panic, poor sleep, and low wellbeing work together to support long-term resilience. You’ll also learn how to apply these skills in a flexible, practical way in everyday life.
The session also covers planning for setbacks, staying on track during difficult times, building support, and using your personal values to guide future choices.
Why this session is important
Stress management is not about never feeling stressed again. It is about knowing what to do when stress appears and feeling confident in your ability to cope.
By this stage, you will have a clear set of skills to help you become your own therapist. This session helps you pull everything into one approach so you can use what you have learned with confidence now and in the future, protect your wellbeing, and manage life’s challenges more effectively over time.
